The Milky Way Galaxy

A galaxy, or rather, out home galaxy has been here since the dawn of time, quite literally. So lets take a journey all the way back to the very beginning.

Welcome to the Milky Way galaxy. This is the place that we all call home because it contains almost everything we know and have ever heard of. This special place contains all the possible habitable places that we as a species would ever need.

Step on in and explore what we call home.

Entry To The
Milky Way

The Milky Way galaxy is our home and holds almost everything we see in the night sky. We are yet to fathom the size of our own galaxy let alone our universe. Lets begin.

The Milky Way

The Milky Way is a spiral shaped galaxy proven by the curves and distribution of stars across the galaxy’s arms.

Counting Stars…

Our galaxy is approximately 100,000 lightyears across and contains nearly 100 billion stars, our sun being one of them. Despite the possible life that could exist in our galaxy, contacting them is far too difficult as we are yet to even travel a single lightyear away from Earth.

Planets

There are numerous types of planets that could take many shapes, sizes, and colors. Some have their own unique rings while others have hundreds of moons. Some planets are even made of complete gas.

Stars

Stars are the bright orbs that light up our night sky. Stars can come in many different colors, often the darker the color, the cooler, and the lighter the color, the hotter. However this doesn’t always correlate with size…

Celestial Structures

This category houses the many other structures across the cosmos that aren’t stars or planets. Such objects include black holes, nebulas, clusters, star systems, and galaxies.
